Check out this brand new site, to list your waterfront/view properties. I do not believe I have seen a better site out there. It is called Buywaterfronts.com. It is for any property located near the water. It is not just for the lake, ocean or river but all of them. Right now they are offering Free listings!

Here is an exert from an email I received from them.

Right now they are emailing different realtors around the country. Google is picking them up every time a listing is placed on the site. It is free right now for up to ten listings for six months. Just go to the link above for the free promo.

Seems like a decent site. But you should really try out http://www.BeatYouThere.com

This real estate search engine is also a social network and has a broader reach than trulia, zillow, realtor.com. We are still working on having the deepest amount of listings, but we have over 2 million right now, and growing each day.

Just mentioned in Barrons Newspaper as THE place to start your real estate search.

That looks like A great site, but Buywaterfronts is more of a niche marketing web site solely for those who list around the water.

Nancy- I went to their site and found what they will be charging. You simply move your pointer over where it says Broker/Agents, then go to Agent/Registration Packages. Then at the bottom of the page there are two choices with many plans.

The first choice is Subscribe Today! or if you like Pay-Per-Listing Packages. Take a look and see what you think. I believe they are reasonable priced.
