Empty house, overgrown yard invites trouble

Attractive nuisance

This house has been empty too long. The yard is overgrown, looks abandoned. Trespassers easily broke in through the back door, out of sight from the street.

The inside was trashed, cigarette butts left burn marks on baseboards, could have started a fire.

trash

The interlopers diet consisted of mainly candy and booze.

A clean, maintained exterior may have avoided this ugly scene!

Hi Barbara Le Pine that looks like a great teardown.... I have builders who do a few a year and they'd grab it...

I agree, A little work upfront could have prevented alot of this mess. Vagrants are a real problem that can make a bad home alot worse if not taken care of.
