Yes, it has come down to this! I have to finally give away the farm. From time to time in my Think Thin posts I may type the word you in all caps. There's a reason for that. When any change is made to any of our life functions they usually have to begin with YOU. See the difference? In several or individually any of the ideas, concepts, advice or workouts in this Think Thin Series will bring about change in your life by implementing them. Any of them!

Has ayome here ever heard the name Arnold Schwarzenegger? I can't remember where it originated but he made a comment about taking 1% of you day or roughly fifteen minutes and devoting it to specific physical exercises to CHANGE your life. He has been blasted for it although I understand where his reasoning was derived. These exercises are essentially based on your own bodyweight as the form of resistance instead of free weights or machines providing that extra challenge.

My goals are typically to introduce you to a concept then you can choose to find out on your own if it might fit your needs. Simple works best for me and you can normally adapt the ideas to your personal routine. Proper form can never be overlooked and the amount of effort is totally up to YOU, however, you know the result when too little is applied. It takes effort to be successful. You can do it!

What we have here is called The Pistol Squat. Looks easy when she, Samantha Hall, is doing it but just give it a try and let me know when you find your success with this one. And PLEASE, forget that Samantha is doing this on a BOSU Ball no less. The nerve of some people. BUT, now that you see one, next time you're at the gym just try standing on it. Great for balance! No, I can't do a pistol squat yet either but I must admit my belief is that I may have an unfair advantage.
