Dorie Dillard CRS GRI ABR I hope they will be able to come to a resolution that is acceptable to my daughter.
My daughter had posted a complain on Facebook but it was my blog that got the attention of the claims department Will Hamm.
We are still awaiting a final resolution Sheila Anderson. I'll keep you posted.

Debbie Reynolds, I somehow missed your comment last week. Thanks for your input, apparently th corporate office has made th claims process quite involved and difficult. It remains to be seen how much they actually reimburse her.

I see from the last comment they are not working with you... try facebook if they have a page... I am telling you a good complaint on there nd a few people talking will get them off the ledge an on to helping you!

The company gave my daughter three months to submit her claim and she submitted it last week.
