People, who know me, also know I'm not much of a procrastinator, even though I sometimes designate certain activities as "rainy day" tasks. However, experiencing rare rainy days in the middle of a California drought can often put things on the back burner. One such task was the completion of Code of Ethics Training required by the National Association of Realtors for its members. Realtors are required to complete no less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of ethics instructional time within two-year cycles. This two-year requirement is fairly new. The deadline for this cycle is December 31st 2018.
Yesterday was a gorgeous Sacramento day, but the specter of this looming requirement was occupying too much activity in my head. Rather than procrastinate any further, I belted up to my computer, went on-line and completed the course. The experience was far easier than I had dreaded, and I scored 100% on the exams.
