The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were 0.7 percent, new homes are up 16.0 percent and resale condos are up 10.5 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 12.7 percent, down 15.1 percent on condos and down 11.2 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 52.9 persent and the sales volume is down 36.0 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are down 12.5 percent and the sales volume is down 29.2 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 12.7 percent and the sales volume is up 16.9 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are 0.9 and the sales volume is down 2.7 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 8.3 percent and the sales volume is down 22.0 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 0.3 percent and the sales volume down 36.0 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 12.0 percent and the sales volume is down 17.2 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 12.2 percent and the sales volume is down 29.8 percent.
We are seeing some changes as we see here in Mission Viejo 92691 however most of the change is small. The market is still moving and slowly moving compared to the summer.
