I joined in the beginning of November last year. I was somewhat timid at first but after reviewing the list of groups and joining those that I thought might be interesting and helpful, I found my blogging voice. I have built both business and personal relationships here. I have definitely increased my closings as a direct result of networking in the Rain. I also post a lot on localism as a way to attract those in my community and moving to my community. Many will tell you here that the way to increase your google juice is to post about your local community, I agree 100% There is also a wealth of technical knowledge here! Good luck and welcome!
