If you did not watch this game, it was a Nail Biter for almost the middle of the seventh inning. Needless to say the lead changed quite a lot and I was quite nervous. Gratefully the Red Sox made some great chess moves and the game opened up to and 8-4 lead that they managed to hold on to.
One of our relatives sent me a Double Rainbow Picture an hour before the game. Clearly that was a good omen. On the other hand the Los Angeles person who has lived for 22+ years in the mild climate could not help but notice that David Ortiz was wearing gloves during the pre game talk. At the same time I could not help notice that the players were breathing hard and when they exhaled there was a cloud coming from their mouths. This was an indication to me that it was quite chilly in Bean Town.
So with that said if you are going to Boston next week bring warm clothes!!!
