Our little dude had his first cold. As if that wasn't bad enough he shared. No one in our family escaped the germs. To make matters worse I had the worst migraine of the past decade on Wednesday. I simply could not go to work. I managed to let my dogs out in the morning, get them fed and called it a day.
Donald and I took Cooper to the pumpkin patch for the first time. He seemed to really enjoy the pumpkins and the people.
Work has been busy and things I thought would take a long time to sell have sold quickly. I recently listed some lots that I was surprised not only by a quick offer, but even after we were pending I got a back up offer.
The new foreclosure item in my market seems to be reverse mortgages taken out 10 to 12 years ago when were near the height of the market. Families aren't even attempting to put them on the market in the window it seems.
And I'm leaving you with my new favorite photo of my little grandson. His mama always had SO much expression with her face and well the apple fell right next to the tree. I hope you have a fabulous weekend. I know I will, I get to babysit on Sunday.
