How Personal Do We Really Want To GET?

I love these challenges and I love the people that I have met on Active Rain.  I wish more would come for a visit because I also love the area that I live and reside in and would love to share this place and all the favorite places that I have discovered.

but before we go too much further I will confess that I will never run for public office here in the United States.  I don't think there is too, too much in my closet but I do remember stealing a kiss from Terry H. in high school and would hate for her to have to have to reveal that in public.  I do not think it scarred her emotionally because we do still chat occasionally even tho she still lives in my native state of PA.    So after this confession.

I left home at an early age to seek fame and fortune and traveled the world in the service of the US Government.  I flew airplanes for the USAF and later moved into the cockpit of an airliner for now defunct NWAC.  I had the opportunity to find the Gulf Coast of Florida while stationed here and decided to retire here and raise my family of two wonderful girls.

I entered the Real Estate Industry late in life but really, really do enjoy my life here.  I am the business manager of our Gulf Place office along Scenic Highway 30A.  There are three other agents who work from this office but my owners believe in quality and not quantity.

The 30A area has it's own life style, mainly a laid back beach life but one that can easily grow under your skin in a very short period of time.

The area recently got battered by Tropical Storm Michael but my particular piece of the Panhandle was spared.    This was a 20 year storm and no real reason to avoid this area.  Call me anytime if you want more information about this area and it's unique lifestyle.

Hi Peter- I think you're safe to run for office if you want!  Glad to hear that you're ok after Michael. What planes did you fly?  Larry flew F-4's and was stationed in Germany and Korea.

It's fun to learn more about you Peter Mohylsky . Did you ever come to Minot via the USAF?

Found your post and will reach out to AR to be sure they add it!

I did not know you were in the USAF, Peter! I am from a family of Air Force men - my brother being the most recent one, retiring after flying for decades for them. He's now flying commercially and loving life in Georgia!
