Operation Gratitude:
A Sweet Way To Send Leftover Halloween Candy & Say Thank You To Those Who Serve
Got leftover candy from Halloween? Why not donate your leftover Halloween candy to our troops via the Operation Gratitude program? Donating your leftover Halloween candy to our military heroes has got to be a better idea than to nibble through all the extra candy in the weeks to come!

Click here for detailed information about the 2018 Halloween Candy For The Troops Program. This link to the Operations Gratitude Blog also provides information on how you can organize and publicize a candy collection event (maybe too late this year, but you can plan for 2019). What a great idea for kids to get involved in doing something great at Halloween time!
Check for Halloween Candy GIVE-Back Locations here, as many dentist offices, schools, and other groups/service clubs and businesses all around the nation have registered their Halloween events with Operation Gratitude and have agreed to send donated candy to this cause.
Operation Gratitude sends more than 200,000 care packages annually filled with snacks, entertainment, hygiene and hand-made items, plus personal letters of appreciation, to New Recruits, Veterans, First Responders, Wounded Warriors, Care Givers and to individually named U.S. Service Members deployed overseas. Since 2003 more than 1 million "care" packages have been sent out to our military heros. They would also love for you to like the Operation Gratitude Facebook Page.
Please help to spread the word about this great program. November is a great month to show gratitude -- why not pay it forward to our brave military and first responders who sacrifice so much for us? This year, as part of the Halloween Candy Give Back Program, Operation Gratitude is asking also for much-needed donations of dental floss and travel-size toothpaste, as well as pens and mechanical pencils.
