This brand new home is now closed and the Buyers are diligently working hard at unpacking. They doubled their space, so should not be a problem. The previous buyers fell out due to financing, so the home was almost ready when they wrote on it, but did get to choose a few items in their colors. They are excited to have so much room, and a much larger back yard for their growing family. Congratulations, and looking forward to seeing the finished home when you are more settled.
It is very special when past clients call and ask to see homes out of the blue! Anthology is very close to their current property, and wanted to see a couple of homes that were in MLS. They really liked the Alcott with the finished basement, but before they could get decisions made on financing and whether to list their home, etc. it went under contract.
That was for the best, as a great two story came back after a buyer's financing fell through. It has 4 bedrooms plus a loft and a study/den on the main floor and over 2,700 sf above ground plus an unfinished basement, which will give them the space they need for their growing family. Their home has a 3 car garage and a huge lot backing to open space, which they love!
It is at drywall now, and they got approval from Corporate to change out some fixtures and a few other items. They are excited to get to the Design Gallery this coming week to finish picking out their choices!
