Have you heard about "The Shack" by William P. Young?
I just finished reading it earlier today and had to post some thoughts on AR hoping to encourage others to pick it up. A fictional account of a father's unspeakable pain after his youngest daughter is kidnapped and murdered, this book is SO much more. A suspicious note four years later leads Mackenzie Philips on a life-changing journey back to the scene of the crime. The touching story reveals God in a most poignant way. I found myself underlining passage after passage, and I know that this is one of those books that will stay with me the rest of my life. All of us have asked the question about why God allows suffering and pain. The Shack will open up your mind and heart in a huge way, and you'll not be the same after reading it, I promise.
If you have read "The Shack", please post your thoughts! Thanks!
