Sales prices in the Westridge neighborhood of Highlands Ranch dropped a bit from September to October signaling a good time to buy. There are currently three homes on the market, ranging in price from $433,900 for a 3 bed, 3 bath up to $685,000 for a large 4 bed, 4 bath.
