Brookstone Homes is the builder of other area patio home communities in Milford (still actively building) and Parkland Meadows in Symmes Township is completed (and that is our buyer's home there in the picture).

Brookstone offers a very high quality patio home and as a smaller builder can more readily make adjustments to floor plans than your typical production builder.

The Enclave at Woodruff is located between Woodruff Road and I-275.  We mean this literally.  Check the picture immediately above and see the concrete walls?  That's the sound barrier alongside I-275.  During our visit the noise level was reasonable, but from a perception standpoint it would probably be best to make the lots on the north side of the streets your first choice.  For the most part, that's where we saw the bulk of the lots currently marked SOLD located (as of November 2018).

Please contact us and allow us to preregister you with the builder's rep PRIOR to making contact.  We do NOT work for Brookstone Homes, we work for you!  However, there's no extra cost to you since our pay is factored into the home's overhead.  And the builder does NOT offer a better deal for representing yourself.
