I can see a lot of similarities between deer hunting and real estate including needing patience, needing a plan, doing scouting ahead of time (aka previewing/researching), constantly getting licenses, etc.

Do all of the chasing you want to do but make sure the freezer if full before the end of the season.

Hello William and great picture, never had that happen when I would take my afternoon nap while hunting but that did not happen moch.

OK William, I now understand how you click.  We all have analogies that work, but do not often recognize the similarities.  Hunting game is actually a sport, whether you are using guns or cameras.  And the sport analogy is a good one.  Thanks
