Fall in the Hudson Valley in 2018

Hudson Valley Fall Colors

This is a scene on River Road which runs between Red Hook and Rhinebeck. It is called River Road because the Hudson River is nearby. On this road are some beautiful estates right on the banks of the river.

Fall colors from Bard College

This is a scene from Blithewood on the Bard College campus, showing the Catskills and Hudson River.

Colors at entrance to Fercliff

Love this burst of yellow outside a nursing home on River Road.

A couple weeks ago I thought the Fall season would be a total bust but things turned around.

On Saturday it rained and there was a strong wind so these scenes no longer exist.
