We have a steady flow of listings continually coming our way. The more listings we secure, the more direct mail marketing I provide. It’s a well-oiled marketing system that keeps moving forward.  Until that wheel stops, my marketing will continue as it has been in the past.

 

Our listings are in Franklin and many other communities in MA. That equates to postcards being mailed where no one else mails.  I love it when that happens!! 

 

When homeowners are offered a Free Market Analysis, especially for the first time, they call! They’re very happy about the offer. No one has ever mailed to them!!  It’s surprising, but it’s true; and the city of Worcester MA gives us the best response.

Good to see what's working for you.    Many many agents here do just listed and sold proximity postcard mailings, but based on what I get in my own mailbox, very few do consistent farming.
