The Spokane Wa. Real Estate statistics are out for Oct. 2018. Going into the final quarter of this year, we see that the average price is up about 12% since one year ago. This is a very hefty number- and shows the market has recovered from the famous 2008 crash. We can't predict what 2019 will bring, however with the growing, consistent interest in people from outside the area relocating to Spokane, it seems logical to think we will remain stable. Looking back at the year so far I have worked with a healthy mix of first time home buyers, people wanting to down-size and relocation buyers from a variety of places, namely Seattle and California.
Inventory is down 22% , meaning there are significantly less homes on the market than this year last time. Winter buyers are serious buyers, and it can be a good time to sell for those who prefer to miss the Spring Fever we experience here.
I actually have my own house on the market right now, wish me luck! HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL !
