I am so lucky to have a take charge assistant who does a great job for Hamm Homes, LLC and keeps me on track for what needs to get done. She has been with me for over 3 years and lucky for me she types up lots of labels for expireds and also does so much marketing for me, from flyers to coming up with Just Listed and Just Sold post cards. This year with the help of Debb Janes, we started doing videos for the Rain, Facebook, and my website. She is responsible for getting them on youtube and out to the public.
She works for me while still taking classes in college, I know I will be seeing her spread her wings and fly off some day but until then I use her to her full potential. I keep thinking she should make my expire calls, but there is not enough time in the day for her to do that with as much as she already does.
Of course, we share an office together but that is okay, she knows when I am on a project and I know when she is on one not to be a bother to her.
Great to have her as part of Hamm Homes!!!
