Hi Debbie... I sell a lot of new construction. Closed on a new home just yesterday and have another one coming up in a couple of weeks. I've always said there's nothing like the smell of a new house!

Debbie, new homes are very popular here too, but the base prices on some now are above some Buyers' price point.     Nothing better than choosing your own colors and style.

I did not realize how close Clarksville is to Nashville. Is it considered a suburb then or just a different town?

Our builders in Sac generally prefer to sell the homes before they build here.
