How to Import FlexMLS Contacts to Wise Agent CRM

So You have the WordPress plugin FlexMLS (by FBS same developer that created the MLS used in the Phoenix area ARMLS FLEXMLS) on your WordPress website.

Your data is live, the detailed info is gorgeous, and SEO is solid.

People are signing up for a portal so they can save their searches.

Then you are manually inputting the new contact in your Wise Agent CRM.....really? There must be a way to automate....there is!

Go to wise agent....contacts---leads

scroll down to--

copy the email address

Now open your MLS

GO TO PREFERENCES--MY PROFILE

NOW GO TO ADD EMAIL

NOW ADD AN EMAIL ADDRESS

NEW ADDRESS….NAME IT WISE AGENT…USE EMAIL YOU COPIED ABOVE (NOT YOUR PRIMARY EMAIL)

NOW GO TO PORTAL PREFERENCES

SCROLL TO

SELECT YOUR WISE AGENT EMAIL

YOU ARE SET!!!

BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE

GET YOUR FIRST EMAIL NOTIFICATION THAT SOMEONE SIGNED UP.

Go to that client in wise agent

Look at the source

Now go to contacts---leads

You will add a new lead

Create your lead—

Use the lead source you found on the client, add a drip campaign for your client, put the person in categories. If you click on email response you can create an email to instantly send to your new client (be sure to mark yes to send it)

So now your contact is made, a drip campaign will automatically go to them, they are in a category and a welcome email was sent….easy peasy!!
