Real Estate Marketing

Services for Real Estate Pros with SendOutCards

I've talked to a number of new Realtors, and it seems their #1 focus is "getting my name out." How do they best accomplish it?
This is probably the worst marketing strategy you can take. Why? Because it's all about you. As much as you want to tell people how you'll do a wonderful job for them, the reality is that people won't listen. They don't care about you. They only care about themselves and their problems. The number one rule of marketing is to remember that with every communication, your prospect only cares "What's in it for me?"

When you blast mail self promoting postcards or take out advertisements that focus on "getting your name out" (some people mistakenly call this branding), you are pretty much throwing dollars down the drain. Why is this so?  Rarely do people get appreciation cards or a real card in the mail. The more you send out to show appreciation and show people you care, the more you will receive in return. Appreciation wins over self-promotion every time!

People Are Overwhelmed With Information

People are exposed to thousands of marketing messages each day. And because of this, they are mentally overwhelmed. They can't possibly process everything they take in. So they filter out only that which is relevant to them. And as much as hope your name might stick, it won't.Think about it - can you remember every tv commercial you watched last night? People are bombarded with information. Every five years, the total amount of printed knowledge is estimated to double. There are over 120,000 new books published every year. And a report by 3M found that the average adult is exposed to 3,000 advertisements a day!

Make Your Marketing Message Relevant

To stand out in people's minds, you have to make your marketing message relevant. This starts by understanding who your ideal clients are and what motivates them to buy. That doesn't mean focusing on "buyers" or "sellers" - those categories are far too generic. Instead, you must hone in on a very specific target .Once you understand who your target audience is, you must focus on making your message relevant. What information do they need in order to choose you? How can you provide that information?
Marketing is about targeting a specific group of people and anticipating their needs. It's about creating a system to reach prospects and follow up with them. People do business with people they know, love, or trust. If they don't know love or trust you then they will not do business. with you. Well how do you do that? Good question.

The average person knows of three home transactions a year. Lets say you only know 100 people, that gives you the opportunity for 300 referrals!

Tom Hopkins was one of the best Realtors ever. He sold a home a day for a year and when asked how one can accomplish such a thing his response was simple. He sent out 10 thank you cards a day and three years later 98% of his business was referral. What he was doing was showing everyone he knew that he appreciated them. The act is very simple. Example:

I just wanted to thank you for helping me today at the doctors office.

I hope your boss knows the importance of good customer service.

Much Appreciation,

Your Name

Now you say that you don't have the time to send all these cards. Well that is exactly what I said and thankfully I found the solution.

The Solution

Nothing makes people feel more appreciated than a kind word or two contained in a personalized greeting card from a friend. It works because it's unexpected, shows attention to detail, and it communicates your message in a way that's virtually guaranteed to be well received. And now, the process of sending a greeting card couldn't be easier, using our automated greeting card sender. For less than $1.00 per card and 30 seconds of your time, you can truly make an impact in someone's life.
The Send Out Cards system does the hard part for you, it sends out cards! In less than 60 seconds you can send out a personalized greeting card directly from your computer to any postal mailbox anywhere in the world! All for less than $1 per card (plus postage). It is printed in your handwriting with your signature!!! It is just as if you had written it.

Their system allows you to easily send out cards from your computer but the best way for you to see just how amazing this system is would be to try it yourself! Sign up for your free gift account and our C.E.O Kody Bateman will help you send out cards to the people you are closest to.
