Good advice to mix it up. Sometimes talking on the phone or in person can clarify issues that are too flat in texts or email.

Good morning, Rich Gaasenbeek email is overused...and people have become less interested because of so much spam spread everywhere.... other methods are more powerful... especially face to face... but the mail can touch many at one time...

I agree that email is overused and now the trend is text messaging. Nothing beats a personal thank you note or visit to show you care. A good practice to make as a daily habit is just pick up the phone and call at least 2 people a day that is in your database.

I like the idea of mixing it up.  I am currently working on getting IXACT up and running for me.  I am struggling because I have "too many" contacts and need a little help.  Do you have a suggestion of where I should start?
