The Colony at White Pine Canyon is a gated luxury resort community in Park City, Utah that offers ski-in-ski-out homes and land for sale. The development is the largest ski-in-ski-out real estate development in North America and offers 274 homesites that sit on 4,300 acres which 90% is preserved as open space. Home sites range from three to 113 acres but average approximately five acres; each parcel of land has a designated building envelope. A few interesting things about The Colony is that the development is the only ski-in-ski-out development in Park City that allows for guest homes, there are parcels that allow the property owners to keep a horse on the property (having a horse on a ski resort is pretty unique), and some of the most luxurious homes being built in Park City right now are in The Colony.
