A Perfect Home for Out of Town Guests and Entertaining

Let's face it, if you own property in Naples Florida, you are bound to get company.  Especially when the snow starts to fly up north!  This lovely home is designed with a floor plan with that in mind.  You'll hear the term 'split' bedrooms used a lot down here.  All this means is that the master bedroom is on one side of the home and the guest bedrooms on the other side of the home. Company is great, but we need our space!  A neat feature you'll like in this home is a pocket door that closes off the guest bedroom and bath, and laundry room, almost setting up a private suite arrangement.  Another common feature of homes in Naples, or in Florida for that matter, is the den being used for over flow guests.  Most of us will furnish the den with a pull-out sofa, you don't want them to be too comfortable, otherwise they'll never leave!  But this seems to satisfy the 7-10 days that you might actually use or need this accommodation.
