Needless to say, print marketing is a favorite of mine. It is now, and it has been for my past 40 years in real estate. Having said that, did you know the price of stamps will be rising to .50, as of January 21, 2019.
For me, this means my chance to totally dominate mailboxes in my mailing area with Free Market Analysis postcards. I assure you, those who mailed sporadically, and did not reap the rewards they expected, will cease to use that method of marketing. It’s a dream come true for me!
Every time agents stop their direct mail marketing campaigns my team’s production improves. I love it!!
I’m displaying my December 1st newspaper ad plus a sample of postcards for the first two weeks of November. Print marketing makes our phones ring. The more we mail, the more it rings.
The majority of these postcard calls are from people who have been following our marketing and have never met us. We like that!! It’s another confirmation that consistent marketing is what’s required to make the phone ring.
Whatever your preference might be for marketing, it’s critically important that you present it with a passion that radiates through and shouts out that you “market like you mean it.” Present and future homeowners are watching, reading and remembering.
