Oh, I'm with you - a bit slower to sell but, prices are up and the number of sales are up as well, Larry! I believe we're in a bit of a correction, beginning with the luxury market but, other than that, still dealing with multiple Offers in the under-$300K price range. There are still plenty of buyers out there!
