How do you get a Real Estate consumer to remember you?

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Godzyk Real Estate Services NH License 033394

Have you ever wondered the best gift you can give to a current or past client? I am thankful for how many wonderful small businesses I can find online now. I was searching for some Real Estate gifts and came across this EVERYTHING THAT MATTERS MOST IS AT HOME wooden sign.

My next adventure was to find something to thank my past clients. Then I came acorss these HAPPY HOME ANNIVERSARY cards.

Here in the Manchester NH area it is important for a small local  business like me to stand out. To me remembered for offering great service. A consumer can get lost fast in the Real Estate world. That means I have to work harder at being noticed and remembered.

The moral of the story is that there is a difference from agent to agent.  That a Buyer or Seller should not choose just any agent, choose the BEST agent for the job. My philosophy is simple, provide more personal and professional service to guide my clients through each step of the buying or selling process. All Agents are not created equal and every buyer or seller should take the time to hire the BEST not just the biggest. Those that hire me, find a dedication like no other.

Good morning, Scott Godzyk people will remember good service but you MUST be visible so they don't forget your name....  I meet people at the gym and they talk to me like we're old friends.... I can't remember their names and they tell me I sold them their home 30+ years ago!!! OMG.... I can't remember every new home I sold....but as long as they remember me, I'm in really good shape until both eyes are closed!!

Staying in contact with past clients is probably the most effective form of marketing, Scott!

Morning Scott.

I give my clients a closing gift they use almost on a daily basis.  It would be difficult if not down right impossible to forget me.  Unless they throw it away that is.
