This one is an extremely special one for me. The daughter of a long time friend and client and her new husband entrusted me to find them their wonderful new home. Shawn at AB mortgage took my under 21 first time home buyers and helped them build a credit file to buy this brand new construction home. Daum Construction went the extra mile and threw in lots of extra upgrades on this one. I am so excited that they will be spending there first Thanksgiving in their new home. What a great new begining to life.
