Rhinebeck NY real estate home sales during October 2018 for single-family detached revealed eight homes sold, this was two more than in October 2017.   These homes had sale price to list price of ninety-five percent and ranged in price from $232,000 to $700,000.

The average sale price was $ 443,500, this was higher than the average sale price of $350,583 last October. This October the median price was $470,000 which was an increase over October 2017 when the median was $328,500.

Homes sold had two to five bedrooms, these were built between 1840 and 1951 with square feet from 1400 to 4160

Days on the market before selling was 121 an increase of 22 days over the same time last year.

Seven homes received accepted offers ranging in price from $299,000 to $1,395,000.  The homes were built between 1860 and 1981 with three and four bedrooms and square footage from 1387 to 3614

Five homes went under contract, ranging in price from $ 149,000 to $ 7,000,000. These homes were built between 1815 and 1951 with square feet ranging from 472 to 5000

No sales of single family detached homes were recorded in the Village of Rhinebeck NY during October based on data from the Mid Hudson MLS

The homes added to the inventory ranged in price from $329,900 to $795,000 with two to three bedrooms.  These homes built between 1930 and 2000 had square feet from 1348 to 1981.

One house built in 1958 received an accepted offer (see chart)

This month Rhinebeck had the most expensive sale in the county.  It is a popular destination.
