During the past week, two new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. During the same time period, total inventory decreased from 126 to 121 available homes. The market can still be considered balanced at this point. That being said, inventory typically does start to decrease this time of year, and a seller's market might be close behind. The market is still great for both buyers and sellers.

There is central air conditioning, private well and septic and propane gas for heat. No photos or additional information were provided.
