Reflections on a reflection.

I got some, I didn't get others.  Bought an acre of land from the neighbor.  More or less hit my real estate target for the year.  Took my mother on a cruise that she loved.  As for most of the other stuff, kind of same old, same old.  Bill

We do get caught up in the moments and forget the big picture Alan May all in all was a good year . Hope all is good with you

 Alan May - So far this year, a lot of things happened that were from out of left field. One of the most memorable is dark chocolate is now good to eat and romaine lettuce is deadly! 

Hi Alan- what I've been reflecting on is just how quickly time passes the older you get. Hope that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Ahhhhh..that time of year to reflect and its been a ride! In September I reached my goals and was ahead of last year. Then my husband fell 3 times in one day..broken leg that triggered a COPD attack..in the heart hospital for 4 days. Fourth quarter is adjusting to a differnt pace..it's all good we are learning to go with the flow and making adjustments for quality of life.

I threw so many goals out the window when the grandson was born.  No regrets and yes I spent an amazing amount of time with my family.  My blessings abound.  And although I threw the work goals out the window I'm still surpassing those too.

I don't believe I'll reach my goals this year.  However, that has not stopped me from moving forward.  

Alan, yes I achieved my biggest goal ever. I beat cancer this year. Everything else sort of pales by comparison.

At 70 I am still waiting on a trust fund but since that aint happening I still work at 70 but mostly for fun now not for necessity. I am working still on my exit strategy which should come in the next 4 to 5 years.
