Santa is making a List and Checking it Twice. Should You?

As the end of the year approaches, it is never too late to take another close look at your business to decide whether good or bad decisions were made. It can be as easy as:
- Measuring customer service. Take the time to ask clients for feedback on their home buying/selling experience. Use it to better serve present and future clientele.
- Assessing marketing strategies. Marketing is often a moving target. Evaluate the advertising and marketing plan for any necessary improvements.
- Reviewing business accounts. Analyze and understand how effectively the money was spent during the year to adjust the budget accordingly.
- Making tax adjustments. Pre-pay some expenses or add extra tax payments to lessen the end-of-year burden. Take advantage of all business expenses.
- Reflecting on this year's goals, setting goals for 2019. Revisit long / short-term goals. Brainstorm for fresh ideas to stand out against the competition.
The Coming New Year means a new start in business. The possibilities are endless when prepared and motivated to make the best decisions based on past performance. So while Santa makes his list, make yours too!
