What I Learned This Week at ActiveRain-November 25 to December 1, 2018.
I learn something new every day at ActiveRain! With this series, I try to highlight one post per day that gave me that lightbulb moment. It could be something techie, something about Real Estate or the other professions that I never knew, about a place, or about a person. Or, it could be a post that made me sit up and take notice!
November 25: Barbara Todaro Most Finish Before They Start...Looking for Immediate Gratification
While it would be nice to be able to be where we want to be immediately, that's not the real world. Besides, our learning and growth come from the journey.
November 26: Richie Alan Naggar Pop Those Christmas Tree Pimples
Seriously, I didn't know this one!!!! Raise your hands if you're going to go pop them now!!!
November 27: Tammy Lankford Buyers, don't discuss your negotiations unless you know it's private.
We all know this but are we making sure that our buyers know this as well?
November 28: Kat Palmiotti Hiking Log-Judging
If you've not followed Kat's Hiking posts, I would encourage you to do so. I love her thoughts on this hiking entry.
Ron and Alexandra Seigel Branding Moment: A Brand Analysis (No Couch Needed)
I love it when Ron and Alexandra share with us just how they help their clients with their branding and their thoughts on how they arrived at it.
November 29: Roy Kelley ActiveRain Practices: Comment Reciprocation.
By the very nature of what it's called...social media..., that means that we must communicate. Roy reminds us that if we want interaction, it's a two-way street.
November 30: Sally and David Hanson Up On the Roof Top...Flake, Flake, Flake
I didn't have a clue, did you? But it's a good thing to know when you're looking at homes up north!
We've all been through this whether in your work or personal life. Maria has an interesting approach.
December 1: Todd Picconi Seeing the Sparkle in His Eyes Was Priceless-Making the Difference
This is the time of year when doing this is what the holidays are all about.
Don't forget to check out Carol Williams Second Chance Saturday posts as well. I always find a post or two that I missed.
You can find previous What I Learned at ActiveRain posts here.
Thank you for letting me do what I love doing...learning something new every day.
