"When we recognize the virtues, the talent, and the beauty of Mother Earth, something is born in us, some kind of connection. Love is born."
-Thich Nhat Hanh
Nature inspires us. We find answers and lessons in Mother Nature. Our niche, ViewHomes of Clark County™, is built on this intrinsic link between people's health and well-being and their connection to nature. In other words, living in a home surrounded by the gifts of nature feeds our souls and reminds us we are all connected.
Harmony is a big deal in our world, especially for me, Debb. Ever notice how everything in nature co-exists with another part? This natural harmonious state is a great example of living a life that recognizes a connectivity to other living things. There is order in in the natural world without resistance, or judgment. It just is. Remembering this basic law of the universe seems essential to finding peace.
There is also magic in creation. It is dancing and manifesting in the environment when we take the time to notice. Perhaps that's why young children find such absolute joy in playing outdoors. They feel the connection! It's still fresh and new. Sadly, it seems, the older we get, the more we tend to forget our inner child and gravitate toward other things to bring us happiness.
Nature resets us, calms us, and relieves stress. Soothing views of nature, a walk in the woods, or on a beach, listening to the wind play in tree branches, all help this return to balance. It's a universal truth locked into our very being. Tapping into the reality of our shared energy reminds us to be gentle, to be kind, and to be responsible in a world desperate for our best selves- at home, and at work.
