Doctor's Orders

What a lovely post.  It speaks of the love that you have for your wife and your willingness to take the 'doctor's orders' for her and make them apply to both of you, so you could join together and make it part of the life you share!   

And I must say too that walking around a farmer's market is a terrific way to enjoy some extra steps!!

Walking is wonderful, we are enjoying doing that every afternoon at the marshes if the low tide is too early or too laate for us. A

I have some serious walkers in my family.  However, I can't really get into it like I wish.  I do swim laps however.

Hi Roy-I'm glad that you and Dolores are listening to the doctor!  Walking is good for all of us!  Larry and I walk every morning and will often go out in the evening for another walk!!!  Keep up the good walking!

Oh, I love this, Roy! I think we all need to pick up the pace and do more walking. I'm glad she (and you!) are taking the doctor's orders seriously!
