My name is Jason Will. I'm the founder and "Dean of Hustle" at IMPACT Agent University, a new real estate training company that's being built by agents for agents. We want to not only coach and train agents, we want to help them implement what they're learning, from live events to high value videos on YouTube. In my opinion, our industry doesn't have an information sharing problem, WE have an implementation and accountability problem. My goal is for IMPACT to be both the voice of accountability in your head and the educational resource at your fingertips to propel your business to the next level.
The M in IMPACT has three vital components to take your real estate business from survival to successful:
- Mindset
- Motivation
- Momentum
For an agent to have a thriving career, they need what I refer to as "Momentum 365." Momentum is achieved on the backs of our mindset and our motivation. Our mindset allows is both a belief in ourselves and a belief in what is possible. Motivation is what will drive us to make those calls, to knock on those doors, and what will encourage us to pivot in the face of adversity
Each of these critical areas of focus and pipeline building will be addressed at our first annual IMPACT Agent University Conference hosted at the Hilton Riverside in New Orleans, Louisiana on April 11th and 12th of 2019. I realize that the conference space is a crowded one. I also get the fact that it can be hard to decide which events to invest your hard earned commission dollars, especially an underdog in a field of historical powerhouse conferences and summits. I am humbly asking you to give IMPACT your thoughtful consideration for two reasons. First, my team and I have put together an amazing lineup of speakers. Second, this is not just a singular event but a growing tribe of agents from coast to coast and even Canada, who will collaborate, educate, and support each other year round.
IMPACT is for real estate agents across the globe, yet I wanted to dedicate our 1st annual event to agents in the southeast region of the United States, who'll be just a road trip away from a potentially life changing event. IMPACT is for agents that are starving for an event that pulls back the curtain and exposes, with refreshing transparency, the key strategies and tactics of Mega Real Estate Agents. IMPACT is for the introverted agents among us, those that shy away from crowds at large conferences. IMPACT is for agents that long for membership in an intentional community. I was once a broke, non-learning based agent, who thought they couldn't afford to invest big bucks in an out of town training. I know what it feels like to be inspired by the knowledge shared from a conference stage, only to leave the event void of the tactical direction to implement the big ideas into my business. I'm also a huge introvert. I know the feeling of wanting to feel welcome to join the conversations around me and not knowing where or how to start. For years, I'd go straight to my hotel room at the end of the conference day, bypassing any available networking opportunities.
As a self-described conference junkie, I created IMPACT Agent University to fill the gaps I've experienced, gaps that I know many reading this will relate to. I want my event to be the most impactful real estate conference you've ever attended. I want it to be an event that you take ownership of, one that you want to help improve and invest in by becoming one of our university instructors or by taking the time to mentor a fellow agent in need. I want to make an impact on your life and on our industry. At the end of the day, our income is a direct reflection of our impact.
