Here it is Folks!! She said...I hate the city...he said we can't afford to move anywhere nice...she said why not Nebraska?

He said it is the middle of nowhere... Nebraska?  Really?  she said I want clean air...he said I want to see nature and maybe hunt...she said but we like to golf...and where will the kid's play? And then they saw this home and 156 acres and said...What the heck? 

Clean air...guest house...sunrises AND sunsets on the veranda...only 2 miles to school...only a few hours from a major metro airport...hunting...fishing...and next to a golf course? 

WHAT?*&%?!?!!

Are you kidding me? NO...seriously... it does exist!!

Sell that metro monstrosity and move to Nebraska.  You will never regret it!!  Remote worksite?  Heck Yeah!!!

If you have a client who wants a Bed and Breakfast type property...call me...this would be a great one.  Red Cloud is the home of Willa Cather and has a large tourist base.  Only a few hours from Kansas City or Omaha!
