This afternoon into the early evening is the Highlands Ranch Hometown Holiday and Winter Market at Town Center South! Fans of our Highlands Ranch property management blog and local residents will know that this annual market is a great way to start off the Christmas month for anyone searching for a hometown feeling holiday celebration. Friends and neighbors, clients and their families, new residents and those about to move, all will converge to share the spirit of the season. Proudly put on by the HRCA, the Hometown Holiday needs to be seen to fully absorb the care, effort and planning that goes into it. You also need to be in attendance to feel the welcoming warmth of the community who engages in this celebration extravaganza which has become a staple of the holiday tradition here in Highlands Ranch. It is tonight December 7th, 2018 from 4:30pm to 7:30pm in Town Center South. The tree lighting is at 5:00pm so get there a little earlier to get a spot and be sure to keep track of Santa’s exit. He will leave at 7:30pm to get to another appointment, so don’t be late. As with each year past, the admission is completely free for everyone. This event has really crystallized itself as the old-fashioned celebration full of inspiring tropes, delightful imagery, and whimsical fancy and merriment for all any age to behold, engage in and enjoy. This winter wonderland will not only have caroling, entertainment, food, Santa himself, and reindeer, but also a host of vendors serving holiday cheer in the form of a mug of hot chocolate or coffee, to the farcical and plentiful red, green and white of holiday snacks and other assorted gifts, candy cane imagery, the sleighs and wreaths that compose your traditional view of Christmas, and any other fixing that you don’t need to read to believe. You can be sure that the stops are puled, and the production value is quite high. Let’s also be honest, is there anywhere else you would rather be tonight than an important community get together featuring the best parts of the holiday and the month? On everyone’s short list is the Hometown Holiday Market and Holiday Winter Market. The Winter Market provides you with a chance to shop for unique food or gift items while enjoying the holiday festivities. Do you need a new festive pillow? Are you in cahoots with Santa, his elves, his reindeers and Mrs. Clause as well? Do you need to proudly display your allegiance in the form of holiday trinkets, iron on pictures, story books, decorative mugs and anything else that can have the holiday cheer plastered on to it? Well the Holiday Market should satisfy even the pickiest of people, with a certified gift for everyone. Sometimes it can be very difficult to shop for certain people, until you find the exact right thing, that they were unaware themselves that they even wanted or needed. That is the central goal to the Holiday Market, and the vendor list is deep and stacked, to ensure that everyone not leave empty handed.
