As we enter into November of 2018 there are fewer homes on the market while inventory is +15% more than a year ago. Homes now take slightly longer to sell due to fewer active buyers.  Gone are the 10-20 offers on first week. Rather most will sell at or close the the asked price. The price adjustment is actually good blessing for home buyers to grab home while many people are getting ready for the holidays. The few percent reduction occurs only after perpetual price increase for the past several quarters.   There is nothing to panic about. The local jobs are plentiful and interest rates actually dropper slightly. For example, 30 year fixed conventional mortgage has returned to 4.76% from 5% recently.  The following is extrapolated from MLS system from last 30 days.
