During November Hyde Park NY real estate single family detached homes update showed seven sales  this was eight less than in November 2017.  The average sale price to list price of these homes came in at eighty-nine percent, it was this low due to one house selling for $116,700 less than list price.  Homes sold ranged in price from $70,000 to $240,

 

As you will see in the chart below both the average and median sale price when compared  to November 2017 came in lower.

 

The homes sold were on the market seventy-one days this was much lower than same time last year when days on market was ninety eight. 

 

These home had three and four bedrooms,  built between 1955 and 2005 with square feet from 1344 to 2184

New listings added to the inventory of Hyde Park homes for sale during November were homes built between 1920 and 1974 with a price ranging  from $119,875 to $ 339,888. These homes had three and four bedrooms with square feet from 1003 to 3,198.

Nine Hyde Park NY homes received offers,  these homes had two to four bedrooms, with price ranging from $27,000 to $ 279,500  the smallest house was 1116 square feet and the largest 2854.  These were built between 1812 and 1975.

 

Five homes went under contract, priced from $ 109,900 to $ 275,000.  These homes had three and four bedrooms with square feet  from 1200 to 2144 built between 1951 and 1973 .
