 Step 2: Edging and Detail Striping

There are a variety penetrating of different  stone sealers and grout sealers that give a different penetrating look and finish. This client opted to have a color enhanced, high gloss sealer. This replicates a" wet" look and does allow the stone to breath. We  endorse don't the use of Wax on slate because it doesn't allow the slate tiles to breath.

Step: 5 Enjoy your newly refinished slate floor!
After the floor is fully cured you can walk on it right away. You must however not clean it for a weak or so. Cleaning and maintaining the floor should be done with a  floor cleaner safe for natural stone.
