How to Not Loose Your Mind & Be Productive in Today's Erratic Business

By

If you are in the residential real estate sales business and selling 20 homes a year or more or want to sell 20 homes a year or more, there are times when you are attempting to reach people or a business for better instructions in order to do business with less stress, and more productivity; follow along.

First it is necessary in order to sell 20 or more homes a year to have tenacity, enthusiasm, excitement, commitment drive.

If you don’t have all of these, maybe just forget the selling 20 or more homes a year for ever and go do what you have done up to now in your life.

Having two cell phones, can be helpful, but not required, a cell, and office phone or home office phone also will work.

Give you a LIVE EXAMPE I am using my 2nd cell phone and have it on speaker as I have been on hold three times for 15 minutes.

It is just sitting on my desk playing music, with the volume down low.

As you can see from two lines above, I am a persistent person and won’t allow anyone to get away from me when I have a need.

Spare tires for now still come with cars.

Being that way with your work, is also helpful.

There are always two motivational or inspiring books in my car. If ever I am held up, (I don’t mean literally held up with a gun and a person) ha ha or early, I can pull out a book and read for five minutes.

Same goes for other things in your life, have more than three things you can be working on.

And if someone fails to be there when you are expecting, you just pick another item to work on while you are on hold or waiting.

Now, have fun, and go get ‘em
