Norma J. Elkins thanks, Norma... to be honest, I've yet to actually have a client comment or compliment me on one of my market reports! I send them reports on their subdivisions twice a month all year long and that's really all they are usually interested in (their own neighborhood). I do this more for street cred with people who come onto my website searching for homes.
