From time to time, there are thoughts that come to my mind about some powerful events in the past couple of years.
And several times a week, some of these events, in my mind were intentionally God’s will.
Maybe just to help remind us, He is still alive and sometimes He is pounding the gavel on the lectern with these events, in order to get our attention.
Take for instance the last presidential election:
There were around 100 predictions by the press as the evening grew on, saying Trump was not going to win.
Caused me to wonder was it because of “WE THE PEOPLE” had had our fill of politicians or was it from an even higher level, God speaking out?
This past year the thousands of homes in California destroyed by fire.
Makes you wonder, if it was God’s involvement in the presidential election, that surely was almost the level of a miracle, was the fires also because of Him?
After all, don’t you wonder, if God is alive, and I believe he is, why would He let something so devastating happen to the United States?
And you go back not only the past couple of years, but even a few years before the last two years, why such enormous number of hurricanes and destruction by water even more than ever in the history of the United States?
Yet we have continued to see hundreds upon hundreds of blessings to our country because of God.
So unique, so different, makes you wonder what we are in store for in the remainder of this year and most definitely in the year of our Lord 2019.
