Buying real estate is similar to having a baby. You tend to forget how painful it can be because the rewards are so great. If you could remember, you might not want to do it again. In my opinion, selling is much easier than buying but it can also be stressful.
One of the ways that I help my sellers avoid stress is by always being available for them, as much as I can be.
