Greater Cincinnati Fischer Patio Homes Move-In Ready December 2018

Fischer patio homeWe're wrapping up 2018 but it's not too late to claim a move-in ready Greater Cincinnati new construction patio home from Fischer Homes!  Fischer has a variety of patio home communities in northern Kentucky and southwest Ohio and they usually have a handful of patio homes ready today ro will be in the next 90 days.  Since these patio homes were not designed to order, they'll be constructed to fit mainstream tastes and using Fischer's most popular floor plans.

Fischer Homes is currently offering the following new construction patio homes in the Greater Cincinnati area that are already complete or will be in the next 3 months. 

The selection is currently 8 patio homes (5 within 90 days and 3 TBD) and 4 paired patio homes (think attached ranch condos for paired patio homes).  The paired patio homes are at Whitestone Links in Florence, Kentucky & Tanner's Cove in Hebron, Kentucky.  Of the 8 available patio homes, 4 are located in Ohio and 4 in northern Kentucky. 

On the Ohio side:

Maineville's Providence community has a Wilmington floor plan available immediately for $259,900 (price recently reducted $5000). 

Franklin's Renassance community has a Wilmington plan available immediately for $299,900 (reduced $2000).

Pierce Townships's Prestwick Place community has a Wilmington plan available in immediately for $339,900.

Head to Hamilton Township's Miami Bluffs for a Kiawah plan available immediately for $327,900. 

Crossing the Ohio River into northern Kentucky the following patio homes are ready or close to ready.

Union's Preakness Pointe offers a Wilmington available in 60 days for $356,164.

Alexandria's The Shire At Arcadia has a TBD date on a Kiawah for $362,548.

Hebron's Tanner Cove will have a Wilmington (TBD on the availability) for $327,308 & a Kiawah (also TBD on the availability) for $338,180.

The paired patio homes in Whitestone Links & Tanner's Cover are priced in the $230s & $240s and also TBD on availability.
