Puu Poa 108 is available for $1.395M. The prior sale was in 8/16 for $915K.
Back on the Market:
Mauna Kai F7 is back on the market after going into escrow then being temporarily withdrawn. Priced at $578K, it sold for $350K in 8/14.
Paliuli 6 came back on the market after going into escrow on 11/29. The price increased from $675K to $695K. The unit sold for $475K in 5/14. You’ll also see this unit under the price change portion of this report.
Contingent:
Kaiulani 54 is in escrow. It sold for $775K in 4/15, and is listed for $799K.
Withdrawn:
After only 56 days, Nihilani 28B was withdrawn while priced at $835K. It sold in 10/06 from the developer for $795,575.
Temporarily Withdrawn:
With a $699K price tag, Mauna Kai D201 was temporarily withdrawn. It sold in 9/02 for $310K.
Price Changes:
Villas on the Prince 33 made a tiny $2K reduction to $673K. The prior sale was in 8/03 for $555K. Cliffs 2205 is now $459K, after another small reduction of $5K. The condo was purchased for $245K in 3/10.
Paliuli 5 increased from $650K to $670K. As noted above, Paliuli 6 also increased in price. Hanalei Bay Resort M26 is available for $799K after a reduction from $849K. The seller bought this condo for $250K in 4/00.

5304 Honoiki came on the market showing as sold for $1.370M while listed for $1.499M. Built in 2017, land for this home sold in 10/15 for $404K.
3991 Aloalii was purchased for $1.150M in 5/06 and is now available for $1.589M. 3794 Moae Place is available for $899K since last selling for $662K in 5/07.
4890 Emmalani is on the market for $1.115M. In 3/09, the home sold for $795K.
5332 Honoiki was listed for $1.275M for 380 days. It was withdrawn (you’ll see it under the withdrawn section of this report), the relisted by the same brokerage for $1.325M. The sellers bought this home for $935K in 10/14.
Contingent:
3656 Albert is in escrow after 205 days priced at $1.195M. The last sale was in 12/07 for $995K. 3783 Makani O Kalani is in escrow while listed for $1.2M. It sold for $667K in 10/13.
Sales:
As noted above, 5304 Honoiki came on the market showing as sold. With a list price of $1.285M, 4028 Aloalii sold for $1.2M cash. It sold previously for $925K in 6/04.
Withdrawn:
As noted above, 5332 Honoiki was withdrawn while priced at $1.275M. That’s it for this week. No price changes!
