Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory - December 9 - 15, 2018

During the past week, six new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. During the same time period, total inventory decreased from 121 to 117 available homes. Eleven homes went under contract this week, which indicates homes are definitely selling. This remains a great time for both buyers and sellers.

 

 

Following is information regarding the new listings for the week:

 

 

2 James Street, MLS #4855589, listed at $239,000. This three bedroom, one bath cape-cod style home has 1,008 square feet of living space and a quarter acre of land. The home was recently renovated. It has hardwood floors, a kitchen with granite counters and new appliances, new plumbing, new electric and more. Outside is a driveway, front porch and rear deck. 

 

 

37 Lakeview Drive, MLS #4855215, listed at $289,900. This one bedroom, one bath bungalow has 756 square feet of space and a third acre of land. There is access to Lake Mombasha, and a one car garage.

 

 

50 Walton Terrace, MLS #4855030, listed at $305,000. This three bedroom, two bath bilevel has 1,542 square feet of living space and a third acre of land. The home has optional lake rights to Walton Lake and beach. There is an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining and living room. Outside is a two-car garage, driveway, deck with retractable awning and leased solar panels.

 

 

9 Ann Place, MLS #4854695, listed at $309,900. This four bedroom two bath Capecod style home has 1,568 square feet of living space and nearly a quarter acre of property. The home has hardwood flooring and a kitchen with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. Outside is a one car garage, driveway, deck and fenced back yard. 

 

 

225 Maple Avenue, MLS#4853302, listed at $319,000. Another home with lake access is available. This four bedroom, two bath split-level home has 2,600 square feet of space, a third acre of land, and access to Round Lake. 29 Post Road, MLS #4854949, listed at $549,999.  This four bedroom, four bath Capecod style home has 2,831 square feet and 1.4 acres of land. There is a first-floor master suite, formal living room with fireplace, family room with fireplace, walkout basement, wet bar and laundry room.
